Storage

Kept 10 days, then deleted.

The $49 includes storing your uploaded music until 10 days after the event date. After that it is deleted automatically, and we email you before it happens.

Need it longer? Renew for $19 and keep it another 30 days. Renewals stack, as many times as you like.

Only the audio is deleted. Your pads, running order, fade settings and script edits are kept indefinitely — re-upload the songs and the board works exactly as it did.

Straight answers

The money questions.

Is $49 really it?

For one event, yes. Unlimited pads, unlimited songs, unlimited devices, all the scripts, and 10 days of storage. The only other charge that exists is the optional $19 storage renewal, and only if you choose it.

Is it a subscription?

No. It is a single charge for a single event, and no card details are kept on file. If you run another event next year, you pay for that one then.

What if I have two receptions?

Two events, two charges — unless they're within your storage window, in which case one board can serve both. Most people building a second, separate running order want a second board anyway.

When do I have to pay?

Whenever you like, up to and including during the event. The free tier runs the real engine with real crossfades, so you can rehearse the whole thing first and decide with full information.

What if it doesn't work at my venue?

Test it before you pay — the free tier plays real audio. If something is genuinely broken on our side, email us and we'll sort it out.
