Privacy
What we hold, and why.
Last updated August 27, 2026.
What we collect
- Your account — name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password itself.
- Your events — the titles, dates, venues and names you enter, plus the pads and scripts you build.
- Your uploads — the audio files you add, and their file names and lengths.
- Payments — the amount, date, and Stripe's reference for each charge. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Operational logs — errors and notable actions, so a problem on the night is diagnosable afterwards.
What we do with it
We use it to run the service: show you your board, play your music, take your payment, and email you about your own events. That's the whole list.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't listen to, analyse, or redistribute your music. We don't email you marketing you didn't ask for.
Who else touches it
- Amazon Web Services — stores your uploaded audio, in a private bucket.
- Stripe — processes payments and holds your card details, not us.
- Our email provider — delivers account and storage-warning emails.
How long we keep things
Uploaded audio is deleted 10 days after your event date unless you renew — see the storage policy. Your account, events and payment records are kept while your account exists.
Your board link
A share link lets anyone holding it open and play that board. It grants nothing else — no editing, no account access. Create a new link from the share page any time to invalidate every old copy.
Deleting your data
Deleting an event from its settings page removes its audio and everything about it immediately. To delete your whole account, email ifeedbears@gmail.com and we'll do it.
